Matzo bagels recipe
Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups of matzo flour
-
1 ¼ cups of water
-
½ cup of oil
-
4 eggs
-
1 tbs salt
Instructions:
-
Mix the Matzo flour and the salt in a bowl.

Boil 1 ¼ cups of water, with ¼ cup of oil and add to the Matzo mixture.
-
Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes, and then add the eggs – one at a time and whisk well.

Divide the dough into 12 balls.
-
Flatten the balls on a try, and poke a hole in the center of each one, forming a bagel shape.

Spry some oil on a cooking shit and Place the bagels on it.

Cook for 40 minutes in a preheated oven on 350 F/ 175 C degree.

Remove, cool and serve.
